Mentoring Information
Coloma Community Schools offers multiple tiers of support for new teachers to both the profession and the district.
A comprehensive New Teacher Academy is required for all first and second year teachers. Additionally, all new teachers to the district will be assigned a mentor teacher to offer support in the classroom and outside of the classroom for those teachers.
