Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences

Our school year has gotten off to a great start, and it is hard to believe that we are already one-quarter of the way through the year!!  Our staff has worked very hard this year to provide all our children with the learning opportunities they need to grow.  Please join us November 7-9 for our fall parent/teacher conferences in all of our buildings.

Our K-3 staff will be conducting parent/teacher conferences on Tuesday, November 7 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM, and on Thursday, November 9 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM and 5:00 - 8:00 PM.  Parents should have received information on conferences from their teacher(s) and responded to schedule a time to attend.  We ask parents to please be on time for your scheduled conference and respect the time that the teacher has to meet as they are attempting to meet with parents of all children.

Our Intermediate (grades 4-5) staff will be holding conferences on Wednesday, November 8 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM, and Thursday, November 9 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM and 5:00 - 8:00 PM.  Parents should have also received information on conferences from their teacher(s) and responded to schedule a time to attend.  Conferences at the Intermediate level are student-led conferences, so your child is encouraged to attend with parents.

Conferences at the Junior High will take place on Wednesday, November 8 and Thursday, November 9 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.  Conferences are drop-in style so there is no need to make an appointment to attend.  We strongly encourage all parents of junior high students to meet with all your child's teachers during fall conferences so you are well informed of how the first quarter of the year has gone and what expectations you can expect for the remainder of the year.

Coloma High School will be holding conferences on Tuesday, November 7 and Thursday, November 9 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.  We also encourage parents to meet with all your child's high school teachers to make sure they are on track for earning required credits and meeting classroom expectations.

Our K-5 students will have a half-day of school on Thursday, November 9 so that staff can hold their afternoon conferences.  Our 6-12 students will have a full day on Thursday.  There will not be any school for staff or students on Friday, November 10.
