PD Request

To start, please complete this form while logged into your Coloma Community Schools Google Account (http://bit.ly/ccspdrequest). Upon completion, you will get an email confirmation and the grant manager and your building principal will have an opportunity to review. Within ten (10) working days, you will be notified about your request with further instructions for registration, etc. Be sure to answer the questions. 
 
If approved, you can register yourself and submit the registration to the State and Federal Programs Grant Manager. 
 
If you need to request reimbursement for mileage, parking, or meal expenses (as approved), please complete this spreadsheet (http://bit.ly/ccspdreimbursement)*. Submit the form to the Central Administration Office. 
 
*Any professional development that has not been approved by your building principal and the grant manager may not be reimbursed.
