NOTICE: During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Coloma Community Schools Board of Education will conduct hybrid meetings where a quorum of the Board of Education is physically present in the Board Meeting Room located in Coloma Junior High School. Public participation for the hybrid Board of Education meetings will be via Zoom (virtually). Each month’s meeting Zoom links are published on the meeting notice.
Citizens wishing to participate during the Hearing of the Public section of the meeting agenda are required to submit their question or comment to email@example.com by 6:00 pm on the day of a meeting. Citizens with a question or comment need to identify themselves and state their address. If a citizen represents a group or someone other than themselves, they should identify them in the email as well. The board will read aloud all questions or comments submitted but will not exceed 5 minutes per comment/question. The Board of Education will listen to the comment as it is read but need not attempt to give answers or comment during the meeting.
The board of education meets on a regular basis on the second Monday of each month in room #46 at Coloma Junior High School. The meetings are open to the public and begin at 7:00 p.m.
